If you're not completely happy with your purchase, return it!
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, non-defective merchandise, within 15 days of original purchase,with the exception of Hijabs,Underscarfs or the like. All returns must be accompanied by original receipt with all original tags attached. Refunds will be in the same tender as originally purchased in. Upon retuning merchandise, please fill out the return form below , this will better help us track your order. This is also a way for us to better understand the needs of our customers.We reserve the right to deny any returns that do not fit the unworn, unwashed, non-defective merchandise criteria. Be sure to add insurance on all return packages, we are not be responsible for lost packages.
Exchanges
We will make every effort to accommodate an exchange request. However, our ability to process is based on product availability which is not always guaranteed. An exchange is processed like a return and reissued as a new order. You'll receive a credit for the items you're sending back and a separate charge for the exchange order placed.
Returning or Exchanging a Gift
If you would like to return or exchange a gift that you received from WADIYA, please fill out the appropriate area on the return form below, include your gift receipt #. Be sure your merchandise is in returnable condition, upon us receiving your return we will issue you a merchandise credit in the form of a merchandise gift certificate, in the amount of the current selling price.
